Privacy policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026

At Solaris Lab we take care of the information you share with us. Here we explain what data we collect on solaris-lab.com, what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights.

1. Who is responsible

Solaris Lab, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is responsible for the data collected on this site. For any privacy question, write to us at info@solaris-lab.com.

2. What data we collect

  • What you give us in the contact form: name, email and, if you choose, company, WhatsApp and the message you write.
  • Browsing data that Google Analytics records when you use the site: pages visited, device type, approximate location and how you got here.
  • Data recorded by the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) when you visit the site, tap a WhatsApp button or submit the form: which pages you viewed, those actions and identifiers of your browser.

We don’t ask for sensitive data or payment details.

3. What we use it for

  • To answer your inquiry and set up a call.
  • To send you the proposal or information you ask for.
  • To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
  • To measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram and show them to people who may be interested.

We don’t sell or rent your data, and we don’t add you to mailing lists without your consent.

4. Who we share it with

Only with the providers we need to operate: the hosting service where the site lives; Google, which processes Analytics data on our behalf (you can read its privacy policy); and Meta Platforms, which receives the pixel data to measure and improve our ads (you can read its privacy policy and choose which ads you see in your account’s ad settings). Both may process data outside Argentina. We may also share data if a competent authority requires it by law.

5. Cookies

The site uses technical cookies it needs to work, Google Analytics cookies to measure visits and Meta pixel cookies to measure ads. You can delete or block them in your browser settings; the site keeps working without them.

6. How long we keep it

We keep form data for as long as the conversation or business relationship lasts and up to two years after the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics and Meta pixel data are kept according to Google’s and Meta’s retention periods.

7. Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the data is limited to the people who need it to reply to you.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, update or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to info@solaris-lab.com. We reply within the deadlines set by Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326: 10 calendar days for access requests and 5 business days for correction, update or deletion.

The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as set out in Article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25,326. The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the supervisory authority for Law No. 25,326, has the power to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by a breach of the personal data protection rules in force.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page with its update date.
